SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER?
All orders, once received, have a preparation time of 24/48 hours on business days to be shipped.
Economy Shipping: These shipments take 3-5 business days, weekends not included.
2 Days Express Shipping: This shipment takes 24-48 hours from the time it leaves the LV warehouse, weekends not included .
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
Our logistics company will try to deliver your order to the address you specified in the order, since the data is automatically recorded as written in the order by the customer. Errata in the addresses that generate a return, NOWATHLETES is not responsible for the Extra costs that this may entail.
The customer is responsible for doing everything possible to receive said order.
Due to the latest regulations of transport companies, the return of packages not delivered or not collected within the established time will generate return charges of €10 (prices in Spanish territory) that will be assumed by the client. Return costs may vary depending on the country in question, in addition to a management fee of €5.
In case of returning the order, the amount of the products will be returned excluding shipping costs and the return charges will be subtracted from said amount.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our courier company will send you an email or SMS with your tracking and shipping status once it has been prepared and delivered to the courier. When you receive it, you can enter it on the tracking page.
If your tracking is not working, don't worry, please note that it may take a few hours for your tracking to enter the system and it only ships on business days.
ORDER DELIVERY
WHAT INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR FASTER DELIVERY?
In the event that NOWATHLETES requires additional information regarding a shipping address, NOWATHLETES may contact the buyer to provide additional information. Delivery may be delayed in case more information about the delivery address is needed. The buyer assumes the responsibility of correctly indicating the delivery address; In the event that a problem occurs with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, NOWATHLETES will not be responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment.
NOWATHLETES will make every effort to deliver the order in the expected delivery conditions at the delivery address. If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, or can only be partially completed, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, the buyer will have the right to terminate the contract without charge.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR UNREQUESTED PRODUCT?
In the event that the buyer receives a product that he did not order, he must inform NOWATHLETES of this as soon as possible (within 24 hours after receiving the order) by email (or through the contact page of the Website of the Site). The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping of the product after receiving the instructions for returning it and NOWATHLETES will assume the costs of this shipment and will subsequently be responsible for sending the correct product to the buyer, as long as the buyer has fully followed the return instructions of NOWATHLETES.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE TO MY ORDER?
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with NOWATHLETES until delivery to the delivery address, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
In the event that a product has been delivered to the buyer damaged or incomplete, the buyer must inform the NOWATHLETES customer service team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by email: support@ nowathletes .com
Subsequently, NOWATHLETES will decide how to deal with the issue; the customer must always inform NOWATHLETES of the situation and wait for instructions from the NOWATHLETES customer service team .
If a customer returns a product in these circumstances at their own expense, without first contacting the customer service team or waiting for their instructions, they will not be able to claim the costs incurred from NOWATHLETES (nor hold NOWATHLETES responsible for the return shipping that was produced without the prior consent of NOWATHLETES).
In case the NOWATHLETES order has been lost, or in case the buyer has not received it (despite tracking data and carrier information saying otherwise), the carrier's claims procedure will begin and will wait for its resolution before making any return or resend.
The buyer will cooperate as necessary during the carrier's claims process. In the event that a shipment has been lost as a result of an error on the part of the carrier (and once the carrier's claims procedure has been completed), NOWATHLETES will refund the customer's money or attempt to resend the ordered product.
In the event that the shipment has not been delivered to the buyer's address (or collection point) 14 days after the shipment date, the buyer is obliged to inform the customer service team of this by email at : support@nowathletes.com within 14 days and 28 days from the shipping date.
MARITIME POLICY TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA.
If an order goes through customs procedures, NOWATHLETES will not be responsible for any additional costs that this may entail and it will be the client themselves who must bear them.
SHIPPING POLICY TO EUROPE.
Failed deliveries for reasons beyond the control of NOWATHLETES such as (wrong or incomplete address, non-receipt of the order, absence of the recipient, etc.), if the order is returned to the sender by the transport agency, this shipment generates a return cost, plus €5 management costs, which will be borne by the BUYER.
