RETURN POLICY
NOWATHLETES wants our customers to have the best possible shopping experience with us.
As such, our goal is not only to offer top-quality products, but also to ensure that you have no reason to feel dissatisfied.
However, for the rare cases of customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase, please rest assured that you can exchange or return the products you purchased under the conditions set out below.
1- WITHDRAWAL
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order. However, the User must assume the direct cost of returning it to the NOWATHLETES warehouse, whether they return the order in its entirety or decide to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return and have it accepted, the customer is obliged to contact NOWATHLETES at support@nowathletes.com so that NOWATHLETES processes and approves the return.
The costs of returning the order will be borne by the User directly from their home to the NOWATHLETES warehouses , (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies, customs procedures, etc...).
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and - where applicable - documentation and original accessory elements that accompany it in good condition. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product or packaging has suffered any damage, the User accepts that NOWATHLETES may charge additional charges or that NOWATHLETES may deny such return.
Once NOWATHLETES verifies that the order is in good condition, NOWATHLETES will proceed to return the cost of the product paid by the User.
If the client does not get in touch and makes the shipment without any process or prior approval, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to deny said return or charge extra management costs corresponding to management, shipping of merchandise to the correct warehouse, etc.
Once this communication is received, NOWATHLETES will indicate how to return the order to its warehouses.
2- RETURN GUIDELINES
2.1 NOWATHLETES will generate a return label with an amount of €6.5* that will be subtracted from the amount to be returned (*Prices only for the Iberian Peninsula, consult prices for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or EUROPE). The client would only have to print said label and stick it on the package (this must be well closed and without seeing its interior). Finally the customer must take it to the nearest post office.
If the User only wishes to return one or more of the products that were part of the order, NOWATHLETES will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.
If the User benefits from free shipping on their order and wishes to return all or part of the order, if the items that the User retains their value do not reach the amount to benefit from the initial free shipping, NOWATHLETES will subtract from the amount to be returned the corresponding amount of the first corresponding shipment.
2.2 If the User decides to cancel the order in its entirety, only in those cases in which the order has not yet been processed, NOWATHLETES will return to the User all amounts paid by the User (including shipping costs). With the exception of orders paid with Scalapay financing, in which case an amount of 7% in value will be charged to the commission that Scalapay charges NOWATHLETES when using its service.
NOWATHLETES informs Users that the period for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:
If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, NOWATHLETES will return the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the user decided to terminate the contract.
If the user has made the payment through PAYPAL, NOWATHLETES will refund the amount paid within 5 business days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
If the User has made the payment through SCALAPAY financing and they wish to cancel, return some of the items or their entirety, NOWATHLETES will return the amount paid, charging a commission of 7% that will be subtracted from the totality of each item in order to cover the commission. that SCALAPAY charges NOWATHLETES for each transaction.
If NOWATHLETES detects misuse or abuse of any of our clauses or our return and exchange conditions, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to reject said return.
In any case, NOWATHLETES will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has informed of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
In case of cancellation of the order once it has left our warehouses and with refusal of delivery (at the time of delivery by the transport company), the customer will bear the shipping costs regardless of the cost of the order. The cost will depend on whether it is a peninsular expense or others.
3- RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
For any product that has a manufacturing defect, the user may request the return of the product to NOWATHLETES, or a return at no cost. Situations in which any inappropriate use of the product is detected are excluded. The return of products with manufacturing defects will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the user must contact NOWATLETES within the granted period of 14 days from the purchase, at the email support@nowathletes.com, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and detailed list of the defects. appreciated. in them.
Once NOWATHLETES has received the user's communication, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return is appropriate, NOWATHLETES will indicate to the user the procedure to follow to make it. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its original labels, packaging and documentation and accessory elements that accompany it.
If the user does not proceed in this way, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, NOWATHLETES will give the user the possibility of replacing the product with another one with identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for NOWATHLETES. (If upon checking the condition of the product it does not comply with any of the return conditions, NOWATHLETES may reject the return, in which case the shipping costs to recover the product will be borne by the buyer).
In the event that, due to lack of stock, it is not possible to send another product with identical characteristics, the user may choose to terminate the contract (that is, return the amounts paid).
If the user terminates the contract, NOWATHLETES will refund the full amount paid to the user for the purchase of the defective product.
NOWATHLETES informs users that the period for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the user used when purchasing the product:
If the user has made the payment by credit/debit card/Paypal, NOWATHLETES will return the amount paid in the same payment method within a period of 14 calendar days from when the user decided to terminate the contract.
4- WARRANTY
All our products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed against production defects.
The warranty only covers defective products, it does not cover bumps, stains, fading or breaks or tears, or others that are not attributable to a supplier defect or a defect in the product.
The warranty document is the purchase invoice.
5- ERROR WHEN PREPARING YOUR ORDER (SIZE/COLOR).
In the event that the user, once received the order, requires an error change in the size or color of any of the products received with respect to those purchased, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users , you will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product subject to exchange. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and - where applicable - documentation and original accessory elements that accompany it.
If the user does not proceed in this way, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to deny the return.

NOWATHLETES is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires to return the order. In this sense, NOWATHLETES recommends that the User ask the courier company to present proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the NOWATHLETES offices, so that the user is aware that the product has been delivered with success to NOWATHLETES.
NOWATHLETES is not responsible for the address to which the user sends the order for return.
