RETURN POLICY
NOWATHLETES wants our customers to have the best possible shopping experience with us.
As such, our goal is not only to offer top quality products, but also to ensure that you have no reason to feel dissatisfied.
However, for the rare cases of customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase, please rest assured that you can exchange or return the products you purchased under the conditions set out below.
1- WITHDRAWAL
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order. However, the User must assume the direct cost of returning the order to the NOWATHLETES warehouse, whether he returns the entire order or decides to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return and have it accepted, the customer is required to contact NOWATHLETES at the email address support@nowathletes.com so that NOWATHLETES can process and approve the return.
The costs of returning the order will be borne by the User directly from their home to the NOWATHLETES warehouses (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies, customs procedures, etc.).
The product must be unused and in good condition with its original packaging and, where applicable, documentation and accompanying accessories. If the User does not proceed in this manner or if the product or packaging has been damaged, the User accepts that NOWATHLETES may charge additional fees or that NOWATHLETES may refuse such return.
Once NOWATHLETES verifies that the order is in good condition, NOWATHLETES will proceed to return the cost of the product paid by the User.
If the customer does not contact us and makes the shipment without any prior process or approval, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to deny said return or to charge additional management fees corresponding to management, shipment of merchandise to the correct warehouse, etc.
Once this communication has been received, NOWATHLETES will indicate how to return the order to its warehouses.
2- RETURN GUIDELINES AND COSTS
2.1 NOWATHLETES will generate a return label with an amount of €8.9* which will be deducted from the amount to be returned (*Prices only for the Iberian Peninsula, please consult prices and viability for customers from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or EUROPE). The customer will only have to print the label and stick it on the package (it must be well sealed and its interior cannot be seen). Finally, the customer must take it to the nearest post office.
If the User only wishes to return one or more of the products that were part of the order, NOWATHLETES will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.
If the User benefits from free shipping on his/her order and wishes to return all or part of the order, if the value of the items that the User retains does not reach the amount to benefit from the initial free shipping, NOWATHLETES will subtract from the amount to be returned the corresponding amount of the first shipment that applies.
2.2 If the User decides to cancel the order in its entirety, only in those cases where the order has not yet been processed, NOWATHLETES will refund to the User all amounts paid by the User (including shipping costs). Except for orders paid with Klarna financing, in which case an amount of 7% will be charged in value to the commission that Klarna charges NOWATHLETES for using its service.
NOWATHLETES informs Users that the period for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:
If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, NOWATHLETES will return the amount paid within 14 calendar days from when the user decided to terminate the contract.
If the user has made the payment through PAYPAL, NOWATHLETES will refund the amount paid within 5 business days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
If the User has made the payment through KLARNA financing and wishes to cancel, return some or all of the items, NOWATHLETES will return the amount paid charging a 7% commission that will be deducted from the total of each item to cover the commission that KLARNA charges NOWATHLETES for each transaction.
If NOWATHLETES detects misuse or abuse of any of our clauses or our return and exchange conditions, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to reject said return.
In any case, NOWATHLETES will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
In the event of cancellation of the order once it has left our warehouses and with refusal of delivery (at the time of delivery by the transport company), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs regardless of the cost of the order. The cost will depend on whether it is peninsular or other costs.
3- RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
For any product that has a manufacturing defect, the user may request the return of the product to NOWATHLETES, or a refund at no cost. Situations in which any inappropriate use of the product is detected are excluded. The return of products with manufacturing defects will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the user must contact NOWATLETES within the 14-day period from the purchase, by email at support@nowathletes.com, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects observed in them.
Once NOWATHLETES has received the user's communication, it will inform the user within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return is appropriate, NOWATHLETES will inform the user of the procedure to follow to make the return. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging, documentation and original accessory elements that accompany it.
If the user does not proceed in this manner, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, NOWATHLETES will give the user the option of replacing the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for NOWATHLETES. (If, upon checking the condition of the product, it does not comply with any of the return conditions, NOWATHLETES may reject the return, in which case the shipping costs to recover the product will be borne by the buyer).
In the event that, due to lack of stock, it is not possible to send another product with identical characteristics, the user may choose to terminate the contract (i.e., return the amounts paid).
If the user cancels the contract, NOWATHLETES will refund the full amount paid for the purchase of the defective product.
NOWATHLETES informs users that the period for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the user when purchasing the product:
If the user has made the payment by credit/debit card/Paypal, NOWATHLETES will return the amount paid in the same form of payment within 14 calendar days from when the user decided to terminate the contract.
4- WARRANTY
All our products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
The warranty only covers defective products; it does not cover bumps, stains, fading, tears or rips, or any other damage that is not attributable to a supplier defect or a flaw in the product.
The warranty document is the purchase invoice.
5- ERROR WHEN PREPARING YOUR ORDER (SIZE/COLOR).
In the event that the user, once the order has been received, requires a change due to an error in the size or color of any of the products received with respect to those purchased, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, he/she will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product subject to change. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that accompany it.
If the user does not proceed in this manner, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to refuse the return.
To formalize the return, you must contact NOWATHLETES at support@nowathletes.com. Once this communication has been received, NOWATHLETES will indicate how to send the order to its warehouses.
NOWATHLETES is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this regard, NOWATHLETES recommends that the User requests that the courier company present proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the NOWATHLETES offices, so that the User is aware that the product has been successfully delivered to NOWATHLETES.
NOWATHLETES is not responsible for the address to which the user sends the order for return.
