RETURNS POLICY
Now Athletes wants our customers to have only the best possible buying experience with us.
As such, our focus is not just in providing them with premium quality products but also that they have no reason to feel unsatisfied.
However, for the rare cases of customers not completely satisfied with their purchase, rest assured you could exchange or return the products you bought.
WITHDRAWAL
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order. However, the User must bear the direct cost of return to NOW ATHLETES warehouse, whether he returns the order completely or if he decides to return only some of the products of the order. To formalize the return, customer must contact NOW ATHLETES at the email support@nowathletes.com.
Once this communication has been received, NOW ATHLETES will indicate the way to send the order to its warehouses.
NOW ATHLETES is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this sense, NOW ATHLETES recommends that the User require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the NOW ATHLETES offices, so that the User is aware that the product has been successfully delivered to NOW ATHLETES. NOW ATHLETES is not responsible for the address where the User sends the order for its return.
The costs of returning the order will be borne directly by the User from his address to the NOW ATHLETES warehouses, (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies, customs procedures, etc...).
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that NOW ATHLETES may deny the return.
Once NOW ATHLETES verifies that the order is in good condition, NOW ATHLETES will proceed to return the product cost paid by the User.
If the User decides to return the order in full, in those cases in which the order has not been processed, NOW ATHLETES will return to the User all the amounts paid by the User (including shipping costs).
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, NOW ATHLETES will not be able to return the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.
NOW ATHLETES informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:
- If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, NOW ATHLETES will return the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
- If the User has made the payment through PAYPAL, NOW ATHLETES will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
In any case, NOW ATHLETES will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has informed of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
In case of cancellation of the order once it has left our warehouses and with rejection of delivery of the same (at the time of delivery of shipping company), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs regardless of the cost of the order. The cost will depend on whether it is peninsular spending or others.
RETURNS FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
The User may request for any product that has a manufacturing defect, the restitution of the product to NOW ATHLETES, or the return at no cost. NOW ATHLETES products are subject to a one-month warranty from the purchase of the product, so any defect within that period will be covered. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from the time they became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify NOW ATHLETES of their lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User. The return of products with manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact NOW ATHLETES within the granted period of one month from purchased, at the email support@nowathletes.com, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.
Once NOW ATHLETES has received the User's communication, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, NOW ATHLETES will indicate to the User the procedure to follow to carry it out. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and documentation and original accessory elements that came with it.
If the User does not proceed in this way, NOW ATHLETES reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects have been verified, NOW ATHLETES will give the User the possibility to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for NOW ATHLETES.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to send another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose to terminate the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses with an equivalent price.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will take place within the next 3-5 business days from the date on which NOW ATHLETES will confirm to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model. The replacement, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the User.
If the User terminates the contract, NOW ATHLETES will refund the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
NOW ATHLETES informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User had used when purchasing the product:
- If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, NOW ATHLETES will return the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.

ERROR WHEN PREPARING YOUR ORDER (SIZE / COLOR)
In the event that the user, once he receives the order, requires a change by mistake in the size or color of any of the products received with respect to those purchased, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, he will have a period fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product subject to exchange. If the User does not proceed in this way, NOW ATHLETES reserves the right to deny the return.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY
NOW ATHLETES does not admit the change between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
In the event that the User wants to make the change of a product, he must exercise his right of withdrawal on it in accordance with the provisions and later buy the new product he wants.
