EU VIP PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ABOUT THE VIP PROGRAM
The program consists of regularly uploading publications on your social networks doing fitness training, sports or your hobbies with the NOWA kit, inspiring your friends and followers, based on the values that NOWA represents.
You will obtain a discount code, for which you will obtain sales commissions and Economic Bonuses and Free Equipment when you achieve great volume of sales.
In addition, ambassadors always get their kit and new launch products with priority and incredible discounts.
On the other hand, the best publications can be uploaded to the NOW ATHLETES account and advertised in the Spanish, European and North American Global fitness environment where you will obtain visibility and direct traffic to your profile.
2. VIP PROGRAM BENEFITS
2.1 CODE AND COMMISSION:
You will receive an Athlete code that is unique to you and only to you that will allow you to get paid for referrals.
Anyone who completes their purchase with your code will get 10% off of their purchase (this applies to full priced items and existing discounted items).
To begin, you will receive a 5% commission (of the purchase price, before taxes & shipping) of each purchase completed with your code.
Commissions earned increase according to your levels of monthly sales. For details please see the section below titled Commission Scale and Bonuses.
2.2 BONUSES:
- 5% Commissions from 0 - 399€/month.
- 7% Commissions from 400 a 999€/month.
- 200€ month + 7% Commissions from 1000€/month sales.
- 450€ month + 10% Commissions from 2000€/month sales.
- 700€ month + 12% Commissions from 3000€ /month sales.
- 1400€ month + 14% Commissions from 5000€ /month sales.
Your commissions and bonuses will be paid to you via PayPal on a monthly basis, provided that the amount exceeds 10€ of accumulated commissions. If this amount is not reached, the accumulated amount is applied to the following month until the 10€ transfer minimum is reached.

As a brand Athlete, you will always get the best prices on products and sales. As well as extra discounts exclusive to VIP Athletes.
As a part of our VIP team, you also get first access to launches, new collections and products. Giving you priority whenever possible.
2.4 GROW YOUR FOLLOWING AND SHARE YOUR MESSAGE:
We love supporting our team. We consistently share and highlight ambassadors creating quality content that promotes NowAthlete and the message of the brand. The best content and publications can be advertised in the Fitness and IFBB PRO community. We always tag and give credit to the VIP Athlete when sharing and publishing content and posts.

2.5 STORIES & POSTS
Share your stories and posts and tag us @nowathletes.
The best stories and posts will be selected and uploaded on the official @nowathletes account, so we share your work, your message and drive traffic to your profile.
As a professional brand, the stories and posts chosen are at the sole discretion of NOWATHLETES management, understanding that if the publication does not meet the requirements that the brand is looking for at that moment, these publications will not be selected.
NOWATHLETES reserves the right to decide which publications are uploaded and which are not.
2.6 FREE PRODUCTS
VIP Athletes are eligible to receive garments and items at no cost, only when results have been demonstrated. This is at sole discretion of NOWATHLETES Management.
