HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER?

Outside of the launch season, the preparation of your order takes place within 24 hours after receipt of your purchase, and leaves our warehouse within 48 hours after placing the order. For shipments to the Peninsula the delivery time is 48 hours. Outside of Spain, delivery times vary according to the place of delivery of your order and the customs procedures to which it is subject (customs costs borne by the customer).

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Our logistics company will try to deliver your order to the address you specified. If you are not present when the order is delivered, the company will try again and will contact you or, where appropriate, will deliver to a relative at the same address that was selected as the destination.

 

SHIPPING POLICY TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA AND ABROAD

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla will not be supported at this present time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If an order goes through customs procedures, NOWATHLETES will not be responsible for the additional costs that this may entail and it will be the client himself who must take care of them.

 

 HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our courier company, will send you an email or SMS, with your tracking and shipment status once it has been prepared and delivered to the courier. When you receive it, you can enter it on the shipping company tracking page.

If your tracking does not work, do not worry, keep in mind that shipping company could take a few hours to enter your tracking in the system and that it only ships on working days.

 

ORDER DELIVERY

 

WHAT INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR A FASTER DELIVERY?

In the event that NOWATHLETES needs additional information in relation to a shipping address, NOWATHLETES may contact the buyer to provide additional information. Delivery may be delayed in case more information on the delivery address is needed. The buyer assumes the responsibility of correctly indicating the delivery address; In the event that a problem occurs with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, NOWATHLETES will not be responsible for the loss (partial) of the shipment.

 

NOWATHLETES will do everything possible to deliver the order in the expected delivery conditions at the delivery address. If delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, or can only be partially completed, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, the buyer will have the right to terminate the contract at no cost.

 

 SIZE CHANGE POLICY

 

The customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order, to change any of the items purchased. To do this, you must contact NOW ATHLETES at the email support@nowathletes.com through which the client will be indicated the procedure to carry out the change of sizes.

The garments must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with their corresponding uncut label. NOWATHLETES reserves the right to reject changes or returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received. The buyer will take care of the return costs of the product shipping.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A WRONG OR UNSOLICITED PRODUCT?

In the event that the buyer receives a product that he did not request, he must inform NOWATHLETES of this as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by email (or through the contact page of the Site Web). The buyer will take care of the return shipment of the product after receiving the instructions to return it and NOWATHLETES will assume the costs of this shipment and will subsequently take care of sending the correct product to the buyer, as long as the buyer has fully followed the return instructions of NOWATHLETES.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR DAMAGE TO MY ORDER?

The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests with NOWATHLETES until the moment of delivery to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In the event that a product has been delivered to the buyer damaged or incomplete, the buyer must inform the NOWATHLETES customer service team as soon as possible (within 24 hours after receipt of the order) by mail: support@nowathletes.com

 

Subsequently, NOWATHLETES will decide how to deal with the issue; the customer should always inform NOWATHLETES of the situation and await for instructions from the NOWATHLETES customer service team. If a customer returns a product in these circumstances at his own expense, without first contacting the customer service team or waiting for their instructions, will not be able to claim the expenses incurred from NOWATHLETES (nor hold NOWATHLETES responsible for the shipment of return that occurs without the prior consent of NOWATHLETES).

In case that NOWATHLETES order has been lost, or in case the buyer claims that they have not received it (despite the tracking data and carrier information saying otherwise), the carrier's claims procedure will begin and wait for the resolution of the same before making any return or forwarding. The buyer will cooperate in everything necessary during the carrier's claims process. In the event that a shipment has been lost as a result of an error on the part of the carrier (and once the carrier's claims procedure has been completed), NOWATHLETES will refund the money to the customer or attempt to resend the requested product.

In the event that the shipment has not been delivered to the buyer's address (or the collection point) 14 days after the dispatch date, the buyer is obliged to inform the customer service team of this by email us at: support@nowathletes.com  within 14 days and 28 days after the date of dispatch.
